Real Estate & Infrastructure Advisor
Dr. Luca Clavarino brings more than thirty years of experience in the management of large real estate portfolios, urban planning, and project management for major development and public transportation infrastructure.
A graduate of the Polytechnic University of Milan and a Fulbright Scholar with a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (focusing on Environmental Planning) from the University of Oregon, he has held senior roles in banking, architecture, and strategic management consulting across Italy, the UK, and Switzerland. He serves as a strategic advisor for major public transportation infrastructure — including the Rhine-Alpine / North Sea-Rhine-Mediterranean TEN-T Transport Corridor — and conceived and promoted the Collaboration Agreement signed in April of 2023 by the Municipalities of Genova and Lugano.
