Dr. Luca Clavarino bringt über dreissig Jahre Erfahrung in der Verwaltung grosser Immobilienportfolios, in der Stadtplanung sowie im Projektmanagement für bedeutende Entwicklungsvorhaben und öffentliche Verkehrsinfrastruktur mit.
Absolvent des Politecnico di Milano und Fulbright-Stipendiat mit einem Master in Landscape Architecture (Schwerpunkt Environmental Planning) der University of Oregon, hatte er Führungsrollen in Banking, Architektur und strategischem Management Consulting in Italien, Grossbritannien und der Schweiz inne. Er ist Strategic Advisor für wichtige öffentliche Verkehrsinfrastruktur — darunter den Rhine-Alpine / North Sea-Rhine-Mediterranean TEN-T Transport Corridor — und konzipierte und förderte die im April 2023 unterzeichnete Kooperationsvereinbarung zwischen den Gemeinden Genova und Lugano.
